What about allergies or dietary concerns?
I have experience cooking with a variety of allergies and dietary concerns in mind. Any allergies or food restrictions will be well researched and heavily discussed at the initial client consultation. Your peace of mind that the meal you're enjoying is delicious and meets your needs is my top priority. Although I do not have a allergen free kitchen, every effort is always taken to prevent cross contamination.
How much notice is needed for your services?
For personal chef services, a two week notice is needed prior to a scheduled cooking day so ample time is available for consultation, research and menu planning. More time may be required if the cake has advanced decorative elements.
